Wow! What a fantastic turn-out for this month's Wine Dinner!
Our featured wines were from J Vineyards and William Hill Winery. Thanks, Ashley for joining us to give us some great information about these great wines. The unexpected "favorite" was a Pinot Noir from California - William Hill Pinot Noir Central Coast. It was not at all like an Oregon Pinot - they took some creative license in making this one. But even our Oregonians enjoyed it and it paired perfectly with the Duck Sausage and Fennel Slaw with cherry compote. OK, so the Pinot was not from Oregon, but neither was the Duck.
